Trevor Falle

Trevor Falle is Chief Executive Officer of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM), a Director of FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited, FirstRand Private Wealth Management (Middle East) Limited and Ashburton (Jersey) Limited. Prior to joining the Group in 1997, he was the Managing Director of John Govett Management (Jersey) Limited and before then, Marketing Director at both Robert Fleming and ANZ Grindlays in Jersey. He has also worked in the USA and the City of London. Trevor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Stephen Kearns

Stephen Kearns is a Director and Chief Operating Officer of FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited, with over 30 years industry experience. He joined the Group in 1999 after a career with several leading financial services organisations, operating at board level. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Stephen is a family man with three children. He is passionate about rugby, being a Member of Jersey Rugby Football Club, where he has been coaching juniors for a number of years. When time allows, Stephen also enjoys playing golf.
Nicholas Taylor

Nicholas Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM), a Director of FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited, FirstRand Private Wealth Management (Middle East) Limited and Ashburton (Jersey) Limited. After graduating as an electrical engineer, Nicholas joined Coopers & Lybrand, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Following secondments to Coopers & Lybrand in London and Nairobi, where he gained experience in computer audit and management consultancy, Nicholas returned to Jersey, gaining further experience as a Management Consultant in offshore financial services. He joined the Group in 1994 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Nicholas is married with four children. A keen sportsman, he plays both cricket and hockey competitively in Jersey.
Bob Turmel

Bob Turmel is a Wealth Manager and also a Director of FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited, with direct responsibility for the Relationship Management team. Bob has in excess of 30 years experience in financial services, specifically Private Banking, and joined the Group in 2000. Bob is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
Bob, who is married with three sons, manages to retain an exceptional level of energy and drive, some of which he recently used up climbing two 4000m mountains in the Alps.

Evyleen Bisson is a Relationship Manager at FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited. She has primary responsibility for Private Clients based in East Africa. She began her career in the finance industry with Ashburton (Jersey) Limited, having joined the Group in 2001. Evyleen is IAC qualified, is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
Bernadette Knight

Bernadette Knight is a Relationship Manger at FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited. Her primary responsibility is for Private clients based in the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. Bernadette has over 20 years experience in the finance industry in both the Channel Islands and South Africa. She joined the Group in June 2006, having previously worked as a Relationship Manager at Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank and SG Hambros. Bernadette holds the Securities Representatives qualification, as well as the Investment Advice Certificate and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI)
Robert Kelly

Robert Kelly is a Relationship Manager at FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited. He has primary responsibility for Private Clients based in the Channel Islands. Having started his career with Clerical Medical, he worked at Nat West, where he completed his qualifications as an adviser. Robert joined the Group in 2005.
Robert is a keen golfer and sits on the Management Committee of the Royal Jersey Golf Club. He is also very heavily involved in fund raising for children with special needs in Jersey.
Paul Clifford

Paul Clifford is Manager of the International Investment Centre (IIC) at FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited. He is part of the central management team that supports the client advisory and servicing activities of the Wealth Managers and is responsible for all aspects of the investment offering delivered by the business. This includes sourcing products and services from a variety of managers and operatives within the finance industry. Paul recently joined the Group, having previously worked in Jersey as an Investment Gatekeeper at Equity Trust. Prior to that, Paul was an Investment Manager at SG Hambros. Paul is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and sits on the Jersey branch Committee.
Paul is a keen cyclist and has belonged to a competitive mountain biking team for the past ten years, which has taken him on excursions all over Europe.
Deirdre Taylor
Client Administration Manager

Deirdre Taylor is Client Administration Manager at FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited. Her primary responsibility is for leading a team of highly motivated and efficient administrators who cover client take on, investment transaction execution and recording and client reporting. Deirdre has over ten years’ experience within the finance industry in both the UK and South Africa and recently joined the Group from Bestinvest Brokers Plc in London, where she firstly held the position of Head of Administration – Life and Pension, before joining the Financial Planning team as a Pension and Tax Specialist, providing financial advice to HNW individuals. Deirdre holds the Securities Representative qualification, the CF9 Certificate in Pension Simplification, Financial planning Certificates 1, 2 and 3 and the Introductory Certificate in Compliance Practice (Jersey).
In her spare time, Deirdre is a voluntary worker at Jersey Family Nursing and Home Care.
