Fiduciary services are provided by our sister company, FirstRand Trustees Limited, a company incorporated and regulated in Guernsey.

Many clients can benefit from structuring the ownership of their assets through Trusts or Companies domiciled in safe haven jurisdictions, especially those whose affairs cross national borders.

Such jurisdictions have a robust legal infrastructure that enable structures to be set up to protect assets, safeguarding them for future generations and facilitating international investment. Most provide a tax neutral environment in order to avoid potential unintended consequences of national tax legislation in investee countries and, where possible, legitimately minimise clients’ tax liability in their home country.

FirstRand Trustees Limited can advise on appropriate structures for clients and set up and administer those structures for them. Established in Guernsey over forty years ago, it is a specialist provider of offshore Trust and Company administration services and can provide structuring advice through the network of professional contacts it has built up over the years.

Whilst an intrinsic part of the FirstRand Private Wealth Management division, FirstRand Trustees Limited also provides its services independently to personal and corporate clients internationally, who ensure it remains competitive on all fronts.
